The Lockheed Martin SkyTug for X-Plane 9 and 10 is still under development, but you can download the latest version here for free:

Current Version is v0.5, this latest version introduces a new redesigned cockpit and outer engine components, bringing it closer and closer to a full release. In the future, after Version 1.0 is released, I may do some video tutorials on how to fly this ship, but for now just be aware that when completely empty the airship is 10 tons lighter then air. This is not as big of a problem for Hybrid Airships compared to a traditional LTA craft as you can force the ship to the ground, however I recommend adding 20,000lbs of weight on top of whatever cargo you take with you so that if you ever run out of fuel and drop your cargo the airship will become neutrally buoyant.
Be Aware: by default the airship comes equipped with four, 2-1/2 ton drop tanks, for an extra 10 tons of fuel. If you are not planing on doing any long range missions it's probably best to remove these and add 10 Tons of cargo.
I imagine that in the future Hybrid Airships will be weighed down with personal crew belongings to make them naturally buoyant when they have no fuel or cargo. In this situation the cargo and fuel are all packed into the 40 percent extra lift generated by the hybrid's shape. This allows the airship to operate with ease as the pilot would never need to worry about becoming lighter then air, and also gives the crew a personal RV home in the sky.
Another option is to refuel before you take off your cargo, this might be the most ideal option for cargo operators.
Have fun, and leave a comment, your feedback is appreciated.
